The Machine Guard monitoring unit is ideal for automatic surveillance of unmanned machines. It provides shock pulse monitoring for early warning in case of inadequate bearing lubrication, stressed bearings, or the onset of damage and maintenance alert in case of a significant increase in vibration severity. It has one channel for vibration severity (VIB) and two channels for bearing condition (SPM).
