PTC Instruments 401B Aluminum Test Block ASTM Type B, 0.44 x 2.25 x 0.75" 401B
The aluminum test block is used as a field check of type B durometers. It indicates if the durometer is mechanically sound before use. It is a combination of depth gauge and spring force gauge designed to provide consistent results in a wider temperature range than rubber or plastic blocks.
