The wireless leaf wetness sensor is designed to monitor the moisture on the leaf surface for a variety of growing and research applications. This sensor uses a capacitive grid that is less sensitive to surface residues instead of a resistive grid-based and comes preconditioned for long-term stability and consistent measurements between sensors.
With the compatibility to the HOBOnet Wireless Sensor Network, the measured data from the wireless sensors are transmitted across the network to the central station to the HOBOlink web-based software where you can monitor sensor readings, view graphs, set up alarms, download data, and more.
