Megger MPQ1000BRONZEKIT Offers

The advanced PQ recording and analysis the MPQ-1000 coupled with its simplicity makes the analyzer the ideal unit to perform power quality studies, energy audits, load studies, troubleshoot industrial and commercial issues, lighting issues, motor start up, solar panel effects, reactive energy analysis and more. The analyzers scope mode and DMM mode allows the user to perform troubleshooting on the spot as well as performing extended recordings.

The auto CT identification eliminates potential errors due to wrong CT range settings. Simple connection with a push of a button and the analyzer will automatically identify the CT and verify it is connected correctly. This means you can be confident you will have the correct data.

The unit will fit into most locations and supports either Wi-Fi or cellular with the use of an off the shelf bridge. A bridge is the opposite of a router. It receives a wireless signal and transmits the signal over a wire. The bridge connects to the Ethernet port on the instrument. The bridge can be bought off the shelf at different stores. The advantage is it can be moved from unit to unit as needed, since it is not internal to the unit. A class A instrument performs its measurements per the requirements of IEC61000-4-30 and IEEE-1159. This provides a measurement accuracy of 0.1% over the given range. Units that comply to this standard ensure their measurements will agree with one another. Instruments that are not class A can have different measurement values. Most revenue meters are now measure class A RMS value. Therefore to get matching data a class A instrument is required. The unit will trend harmonics through the 50th order. The Megger PQ software will analyze the captured waveforms through the 128th order.
